- Are the prices per room or per person?
Prices are per accommodation unit.

- Reservation request offers me several types of prices. What's the difference?
It depends on the length of stay and if special offers are offered.
- How can I book accommodation online?
Check availability dates, complete and submit a booking questionnaire, and follow further instructions given by the host. Please review the cancellation and prepayment policies before making an advance payment. Your advance payment to us is also your confirmation of acceptance of the terms and conditions of the price list. For a successful reservation it is necessary to pay an advance payment of the cost of one day within three (3) days.
- When will my amount be deducted from my card?
If you have chosen to pay in advance by credit card, the amount will be charged immediately upon booking.
- My card is valid. Why does he refuse to book my accommodation online through the reservation system?

- How can I change or cancel a reservation?
If you want to change or cancel an existing reservation, you can do so online, or by sending an e-mail to villasidro.hr@gmail.com
- Do I have to pay if I cancel a reservation?
The conditions for canceling a reservation are stated in the general terms and conditions of each price list. Please read the general terms and conditions in detail before confirming the reservation.
- How do I know that my reservation has been confirmed?
If you guarantee the reservation by credit card, the reservation is confirmed immediately. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, your reservation is secured when the service / bank confirms to us that your payment has arrived on the Villa Sidro account. In both cases, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email address.
- We travel with children. How can I get a cot?
A folding baby cot is available. During the booking process, in the second step, it is enough to request it in order to arrange it for your baby on time.
Villa Sidro has an elevator. Is it for people with disabilities?
This is a good question, but the answer is no: because the rooms TWC (shower, toilet) which are, unfortunately, narrow.
- We're traveling with a pet. Can we book and what is the price?
Villa Sidro hosts many guests, large and small, and we think that maintaining hygiene, especially when we are limited in time, in shifts, would make it difficult to receive pets, so our answer is, unfortunately, no, we do not accept pets.
- When can I enter the room on the day of arrival, and when do I have to leave it on the day of departure?
The exact time of check-in and check-out is stated in the general terms and conditions.
- Do you adhere to the prescribed measures to protect the health of your guests?
Yes, we implement all hygiene protection measures, but unfortunately, despite these measures, guests must be aware that their behavior is responsible for staying healthy and that they are responsible for the injury / illness.
