Terms of use
- Entering the facility in two ways:
1. independently, without a hostess
2. with a welcoming hostess
- sojourn tax is included in the price.
- stays are paid in advance, based on a pro forma invoice (voucher), online or on foot: by bank transfer or card
(the cost of the transfer is borne entirely by the guest) or via PayPal.
- accommodation is rented out on the day of arrival 15:00 - 18:00, accommodation is emptied on the day of departure 7:30 - 10:00
- the guest, either before arrival or immediately upon arrival pays a deposit in the amount of 300 EUR,
the equivalent in HRK,
which, after inspecting the house / floor, is returned to them on departure

- let us know your estimated time of arrival to be there (unless you choose independent entry)
- late check-in (after 18:00) and early check-out (until 8:00) are charged

- upon arrival, guests are obliged to hand over personal documents to the host due to the registration of guests in
e-Visitor,
the information system of the Republic of Croatia and which will be returned to them. When entering the facility on their own,
guests are required to complete this prior to arrival.
The host will respect the principles of personal data protection and privacy (GDPR)
- Guests use the pool, elevator and all equipment of the property at their own risk
- Children are not allowed to use the pool or take the lift without adult supervision
- All defects must be reported to the host immediately so that they can be rectified in real time as soon as possible
- the guest has the right to complain about the quality of service which is accepted only during the stay in the accommodation,
and not after departure ... let's be positive!
- Guests are responsible for guarding the property from theft
- in case of heavy cleaning, the guest is charged from the deposit 50 EUR
Please follow the house rules:
- Be quiet while the neighbors sleep: 14:00 to 16:00 in the afternoon and 22:00 to 8:00 at night
Terms of payment
- Early booking, more than 45 days until the deadline, is secure by an advance payment within three (3) days,
in the total amount of the price of one day (pre-invoice)
- the reservation is confirmed when the service / bank confirms that your payment has arrived
- the remaining amount is paid no later than 45 days before the date of arrival, otherwise the advance and reservation are lost;
- late / last minute reservations: after the full payment has been received and at least one day
- To make a reservation, you must be of legal age because you are responsible for the personal information you provide when booking.
Minors can travel only accompanied by one parent or accompanied by one adult with a written statement from a parent / guardian
- Currency conversion statement:
all payments will be made in HRK. The amount is obtained through the conversion of the price from EUR to HRK
according to the valid exchange rate of the HNB (Croatial National Bank). As a result of the price conversion,
there is a possibility of small differences in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website
Cancellation policy
- in case of cancellation of the reservation before 45 days, refund of the advance payment; the transfer costs are borne by the guest
- the cancellation period is determined by the local time of the place where the accommodation is located
- in case of payment, and impossibility of arrival, everything is lost within 45 days; only in case of justified absence,
the guest is refunded, but the cost of the transfer is borne by the guest.
